In these sessions, children begin building the foundations of technique, performance skills, and creative expression in a fun and encouraging environment. We focus on helping them grow in confidence, work well with others, and discover the joy of performing, all while developing their imagination and early stage skills.
The 5-7s will take the Stages LAMDA exams. There are 3 stages where they learn and perform a poem and have a conversation with the examiner.
Each summer, students also have the exciting opportunity to showcase their development in a show at a local theatre, providing a platform to celebrate their hard work and achievements.

In these sessions, students continue developing their technique, performance skills, and creative expression, while taking on more challenging routines and scripts. We encourage them to refine their skills, build confidence in performing for an audience, and work collaboratively to bring their creativity to life.
The 8-10s will usually take Entry and Grade 1 LAMDA exams in either Verse and Prose (poems and extracts from books) or Acting (monologues). If your child joins us in this age group, the grade they will be entered in is subject to their LAMDA experience and age.
Each summer, students also have the exciting opportunity to showcase their development in a show at a local theatre, providing a platform to celebrate their hard work and achievements.

In these sessions, students work on advancing their technique, performance skills and artistic expression to a higher standard. We focus on honing their craft, preparing them for more demanding performances and deepening their understanding of stage presence and interpretation, all while building confidence, resilience and creativity.
The 8-10s will usually Grade 2-Grade 8 LAMDA exams in either Verse and Prose (poems and extracts from books) or Acting (monologues). If your child joins us in this age group, the grade they will be entered in is subject to their LAMDA experience and age. There is also the option to do Acting Duos (they do the exam with another child).
